Surcharges/Discounts

In high season (Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve) a surcharge of 15% will be charged.

Children up to 3 years free, up to 12 years Euro 18,00/night

Booking conditions

MINIMUM STAY 4 NIGHTS

Vienna City Tax

Starting with January 1st, 2013 all Vienna landlords are under a legal obligation to take in and pay over to the local authority a local tax of 3,2% of the rent. This tax is not included in the prices mentioned above.

Payment conditions

50% prepayment for confirmed booking. The rest is due upon receipt of the apartment keys.

Cancellation

If you cancel booking at least 8 weeks before arrival you will get a voucher valid for one year. If you cancel within 4 weeks before arrival the 50% prepayment becomes a cancellation fee and will not be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days before arrival the whole booking amount must be paid.

Deposit

For long-term stays we require a deposit of minimum € 500,00.

Payment

Bank transfer free of charges or cash in €. Credit Card accepted

We keep the right to charge a final cleaning fee if the apartment is not given back in clean and undamaged condition.
